Introducing ourselves
With our internationally operating real estate company we have specialised in the sunny island of Mallorca, particularly the southwest between Santa Ponsa and Palma. The south coast of the Balearic island is very popular - and rightly so. The capital and the airport are located here, the beaches are shallow, partly Caribbean fine sand, and idyllic bays and villages can also be found away from the big hustle and bustle. Many premium properties are located in the southwest of the island - from stylish flats to luxurious villas in the mountains. Because Mallorca does not only makes holidaymakers' hearts beat faster, but also offers a wonderful lifestyle for residents and attractive investment opportunities for owners.

The management of Döringer & Partner consists of Munich-born Maximilian Ostermann and North German-born Nathalie Kasper, who together have many years of experience in the Spanish market and specialise in the brokerage of luxury properties, high-quality fincas and exclusive penthouses.
We are a team that has grown for its current activity as real estate agents in Mallorca. Our estate agents bring with them the expertise and specialist knowledge that is necessary for professional property management. We are internationally active, know Germany and Spain as our home countries and appreciate the coexistence of different cultures. Exactly the right expertise to broker premium properties in the southwest of Mallorca.
Maximilian was born in Munich and moved to Mallorca several years ago. Here, he first gained experience in looking after international clients at two renowned brokerage firms until he founded his own brokerage company. Since then, he has been on hand to offer his clients advice and support at all times and uses his wide-ranging expertise to match the right property with the right prospective buyer.
By virtue of Maximilian’s vast network, he can also provide his clients with the right partner for other concerns at any time. Look forward to an all-round carefree package!

Nathalie was born in the north of Germany and moved to Mallorca to seek the sun. Through her work as a customer advisor in a bank and as a sales manager, she was able to gain relevant experience in looking after international customers. She manages the operational activities on the island and takes care of , among other things, the real estate listings. With Nathalie, you have the right contact person when it comes to putting your property in the right light and arousing enthusiasm in potential buyers..
