We at Döringer & Partner have specialised in the southwest between Santa Ponsa and Palma. The locations in which we arrange flats can be very different. Quiet and secluded or right in the middle of the action. The towns directly on the coast - Palma, Santa Ponsa or Portals Nous - are very busy, both with locals and foreign residents with second homes and tourists. On the outskirts of the larger towns you will find quieter locations. Especially in the hinterland, towards the north, it becomes more relaxed around Calvia.
